One of the best ways to create engagement with your Facebook Group members is to welcome them to your group! Sometimes you will get multiple people joining your group at one time, other times it will just be a single person.
We recommend creating welcome posts tagging the new members and then following up with a comment that tells the new members all of the important things they need to know about your group. Have a photo meet up planned? Let them know. Are Fish Extenders open? Let them know.
